Lyn's Apple & Cinnamon Buns

75g soft margarine

75g soft brown sugar

150g Loprofin Flour

1 tspn egg replacer

1 tspn baking powder

3 tspns cold water

1 Granny Smith apple (peeled & grated)

1 1/2 tspn ground cinnamon


Cream together margarine and sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy. Add all the dry ingredients. Mix in water to form a soft dough. Add grated apple.

Divide into 12 paper cup cases and bake for 30 minutes or until cooked. OR Roll into round medium sized balls and place on a greased flat baking tray and bake as for buns.

Preheat oven to 180øC
