Cauliflower with Tomato Sauce

Cut 400g cauliflower into medium florets.

Steam or microwave caulflower until just tender. Heat 1 tblspn oil in medium pan. Add 1/2 tspn cracked pepper, 1 tspn mixed Italian herbs and 1 clove crushed garlic (optional). Cook 1 minute. Add one 440g can tomatoes, crushed. Bring to boil, reduce heat simmer 5 minutes or until reduced slightly. Pour sauce over and serve hot.
