Mushroom Salad

8 mushrooms

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

4 shallots

1 tblspn chopped fresh parsley

1/4 cup french dressing

salt & pepper

 

Slice mushrooms; seed red and green peppers, chop finely; chop shallots. Combine parsley, french dressing, salt and pepper; mix well. Add to vegetables, toss well.
