Quick Coleslaw

1/2 small green cabbage, finely shredded

2 carrots, grated

1 stick celery, finely chopped

1 onion, finely chopped

1 small green or red capsicum, finely chopped

1/2 cup low protein coleslaw dressing


Add cabbage, carrot, celery, onion, capsicum and coleslaw dressing together in a large bowl. Toss well to combine. Add 1/4 cup mixed freshly chopped herbs if desired. Chill before serving.
