Cut 400g cauliflower into medium florets.
Heat 30g butter and 1 tblspn oil in frying pan or wok. Add 1/2 tspn each of ground turmeric, coriander, cumin and cinnamon. Cook 1 minute. Stir in 1 tspn soft brown sugar and cauliflower. Cook over medium heat until just tender. Serve hot with a dollop of cream and lemon juice.
