Thyme and Onions
2 medium onions, peel and cut into wedges
Heat 10g butter and 2 tblspns oil in heavy-based frying pan. Add onions, cook over medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are tender and golden. Stir in 1 tspn each chopped fresh thyme and rosemary. Cook 1 minute more. Drizzle with vinegar (optional) and serve hot.
