Cabbage and Beans
Finely shred 1/2 small green or red cabbage.
Heat 1 tbspn oil in frypan or wok. Add 1 clove crushed garlic (optional) 1/4 teaspoon sugar, 12 finely shredded green beans and cabbage. Stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until vegetables are just tender. Serve hot with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
