Creamy Potato

4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped.

Cook in a large pan of boiling water or microwave until just tender, drain and mash. Add 20g butter and 2-3 tblspns cream. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs. Serve hot.
