Creamed Spinach

1 bunch English Spinach, tear into pieces.

Heat 20g butter in heavey-based frying pan. Add 1 finely sliced small onion. Cook 2-3 minutes or until onion is soft. Add spinach, cook 1 minute. Stir in 1/4 cup of cream, heat through. Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve hot.
