Mango with Maple Syrup and Cinnamon Cream

4 mangoes, cheeks removed

1/4 cup maple syrup

raspberries, strawberries or cherries

300ml carton cream

1 tblspn icing sugar

1/2 tspn ground cinnamon

 

Using a spoon, scoop mango cheeks out of their skins. Arrange on a serving plate so that the rounded side is showing. Drizzle each mango with a little maple syrup, (reserving aprox. 1 tblspn) and a few of the berries. Chill and serve accompanied with cream.

Whip cream with icing sugar, cinnamon and reserved syrup until thickened.
