Melon Straws with Rockmelon Cream

1/2 medium rockmelon

1/2 medium honeydew melon

1/4 small watermelon

Rockmelon Cream

1/4 medium rockmelon

1 cup thickened cream

2 tblspns caster sugar

1/2 cup lightly packed mint leaves

Cut melons into strips. Serve with Rockmelon Cream.

Rockmelon Cream: Blend or process melon until smooth, add cream, sugar and mint, blend until mint is finely chopped. Serves 6
