Mushroom Burgers

3 cups finely chopped mushrooms
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 egg equivalent
2 tbspns tomato sauce
3 tblspns Loprofin Flour
1 cup PKU breadcrumbs
Using a food processor chop mushrooms and onion. Crumb PKU bread to make breadcrumbs. Mix all ingredients together by hand (not in food processor). Refrigerate 30 minutes prior to cooking. BBQ or fry in vegetable oil to prevent sticking.
