Tomato & Onion Straws

110g (4oz) Loprofin Low Protein Mix
1/2 tspn baking powder
pinch of salt
50g (2oz) margarine
50g (2oz) onion, grated
1/2 tspn tomato puree or ketchup
2 tspns cold water
Sieve together Loprofin mix, baking powder and salt. Rub in the margarine. Add the grated onion and tomato puree and mix to a soft dough with the water. Roll out on a surface lightly dusted with Loprofin mix to a 1/2 cm (1/4 inch) thick rectangle. Cut into even sized 'staws' and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch. Leave to cool. Protein per straw: 0.08g
